  • Visit the homes and make a thorough examination of each one
  • Write down your impressions of each property
  • Now select two to re-visit
  • Select the one best suited for you

Step Six - Make an Offer

  • With the assistance of your Property Master, make an offer for the home
  • Include a significant earnest money deposit
  • Wait for a reply from the seller
  • There might be a counter offer
  • Ask your Property Master to help you prepare an appropriate response

Step Seven - Escrow Process

  • Your Property Master will open escrow
  • Inspections must be scheduled
  • Your loan must be completed
  • Numerous activities and people will be scheduled by your Property Master
  • A few days prior to closing you will sign your documents
  • Upon close you will receive your keys
